AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Lucky FaFaFa Slots" mobile application (the "App") provided by BSD GROUP INVESTMENTS LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

3. User Rewards and Payment Processing

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BSD GROUP INVESTMENTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
